1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Overtime Bandits (“the App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Williams Digital Solutions Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in the United Kingdom, subject to compliance with this EULA.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by adults who are police officers in the United Kingdom. While there are no explicit age restrictions, only adults can work as UK police officers. The App does not contain content inappropriate for children.

4. Pro Membership and Paid Features

Certain features of the App are accessible only to users with a Pro Membership, offered as a subscription with the following options:

6 months
12 months (yearly)

Access to Pro features is granted for the duration of your active subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Williams Digital Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove features available under both free and Pro tiers at any time. Such changes may occur during your active subscription period. These updates will always be implemented ethically and with the intention to support the purpose, sustainability, and quality of the App.
Pro Members will continue to receive added value over Basic users, and every effort will be made to ensure the core benefit of a Pro membership is maintained. The developer retains the flexibility to adjust offerings in response to development needs, user feedback, changing costs, and platform requirements.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including personal data and usage analytics. The App uses:

Adalo for app functionality, infrastructure, authentication, database storage, and internal analytics.

We do not display third-party advertisements or use any ad networks. Please review the Privacy Policy within the app or on our website for full details.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you input into the App.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent purposes.
You must not attempt to disrupt, harm, or gain unauthorised access to the App, its data, or other users.

7. Account Termination

Williams Digital Solutions Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, particularly in cases of misuse, malicious activity, or violation of this EULA.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App remain the property of Williams Digital Solutions Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App or its content.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including Adalo, which provides app infrastructure, authentication, storage, and internal analytics. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. By using the App, you consent to data being handled as described.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Williams Digital Solutions Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Changes to the EULA

Williams Digital Solutions Ltd may update this EULA periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of overtime calculations through thorough testing and validation, Williams Digital Solutions Ltd cannot and does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any values or information provided by the app.
Multiple factors can affect overtime rates and actual pay, including local policies, individual contracts, allowances, deductions, and payroll processing methods. The app has no access to employer payroll systems and does not serve as a replacement for official payroll data. Users should always refer to their official payslips or employer communications for true and binding figures.
